Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

  1. General Policy
    All purchases of CDK Insights licenses and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, including partial-month or pro-rata refunds following cancellation. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
  2. Subscription Cancellation
    You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  3. Exceptions
    Refunds may be considered for:
    • Duplicate charges
    • Inaccessible service despite support
    Claims must be made within 14 days.
  4. Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.
