Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 1, 2025

  1. Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumers)
    If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content and services purchased online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you can cancel for any reason.

    Important: If you request that we begin providing the Services immediately (before the 14-day period ends), you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the Services have been fully performed. For partially performed Services, you may still cancel but will be charged for Services already provided.

    Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  2. Free Trial & 14-Day Refund Window

    We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate CDK Insights before committing. If you skip the trial and purchase directly, you have a 14-day refund window from your purchase date.

    This means every customer gets 14 days to evaluate the product—either through a free trial or with a full refund guarantee.

  3. What's Refundable

    Refundable: Your base subscription fee (e.g., £19/month for Pro, £25/license/month for Team).

    Not refundable: Usage-based overage charges are not refundable as these resources have been consumed. This includes any charges for resources analysed beyond your plan's included allowance.

  4. After the 14-Day Window
    Once the 14-day period has passed (whether as a trial or paid subscription), fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
  5. Subscription Cancellation
    You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  6. How to Request a Refund
    If you are within your 14-day refund window:
    • Log in to your account and go to Billing
    • Use the self-service refund option in the Refund Request section
    • Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method
  7. Exceptions
    Outside the 14-day window, refunds may be considered for:
    • Duplicate charges
    • Inaccessible service despite support
    Exception claims must be made within 30 days of the issue.
  8. Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.
